Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Physy, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are under the age where you can form a binding contract, a parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf.
2. The service
Physy is an educational physics puzzle / experience game. Content is designed to build intuition about physics concepts. It is not a substitute for school curriculum, exams, or professional scientific advice. Simulation results are simplified for play and teaching.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Physy on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store / Google Play terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
- Optional auto-renewable subscriptions may include Remove Ads and Free Replay (sold separately).
- Pricing is shown in the store (for example about ¥100 / month in Japan, localized elsewhere).
- A free trial (for example 1 week) may apply; after that, subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account. Manage or cancel in the device’s subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
You may also rely on Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable: Standard Apple EULA.
5. Ads
Free play may include banner advertisements. Purchasing Remove Ads hides those banners while the subscription is active.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Physy to break the law, abuse store payment systems, interfere with other users, or attempt to compromise the app or related services.
7. Intellectual property
Physy name, artwork, stage content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Stage educational text may be localized for learning; copying stage packs for redistribution is not allowed without permission.
8. Disclaimer
Physy is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, perfect physics accuracy, or fitness for a particular educational outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Physy. Some regions do not allow certain limitations; in those regions our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
