Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Physy (“we”, “our”) is a physics education puzzle game published by the same independent developer team behind SpiralLink (contact below). This policy covers Physy only — not SpiralLink or other apps.
2. What Physy is
Physy is a short-session 3D physics learning game aimed at learners from elementary school upward. Parents or guardians may manage App Store / Google Play purchases for child players.
3. Information we collect
3.1 On your device (local)
- Game progress (cleared stages/games, unlock cursor)
- Language preference (Japanese / English)
- Subscription entitlement flags mirrored from the store (ads removed / free replay)
This progress data stays on the device unless you back up the device with Apple/Google systems. We do not operate a Physy account system in the current build, so we do not collect a name, email, or password for Physy login.
3.2 Purchases
Optional subscriptions (for example Remove Ads and Free Replay) are processed by Apple (StoreKit / App Store) and, later, Google Play. We receive purchase/entitlement status from the store. We do not receive your full payment card number.
3.3 Advertising (when enabled)
Free players may see a banner ad. Production ads are planned via Google AdMob. Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device type, and ad interaction data under Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell Physy player profiles to data brokers. If first-party / shop ads replace or complement AdMob later, this section will be updated.
Because Physy may be used by children, when AdMob is enabled we intend to configure ads under applicable families / child-directed policies and avoid unnecessary tracking. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency will be requested only if tracking-based ads require it.
3.4 What we do not collect (current build)
- Precise GPS location
- Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access for core play
- Social posts or chat content (Physy has none)
4. How we use information
- Run gameplay and remember progress on device
- Apply subscription entitlements
- Show or hide ads according to purchase status
- Respond to support requests you send us
- Meet App Store / Google Play legal requirements
5. Third-party services

- Google Play Billing (planned)
- Google AdMob (planned banner ads)
- Cloudflare Pages (hosting of this legal site only)
Each provider processes data under its own terms where applicable.
6. Children’s privacy
Physy is designed as an educational game that children may play. We do not knowingly ask children to create online accounts or submit personal contact information inside Physy. Parents/guardians should manage store accounts and purchases. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email that should be deleted, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7. Retention & deletion
Local progress remains until you delete the app or clear app data. Store purchase history is retained by Apple/Google under their policies. To remove local Physy data, delete the app from the device (or use any in-app reset if provided).
8. Your choices
- Change language in Physy Settings
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple / Google subscription settings
- Limit ad personalization via device / Google ad settings where available

9. International users
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to us (for example by email). Contact us to exercise those rights.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will also be reflected in the app store listing or in-app notices when required.
